College Commitment Form

Please use this form to submit a college commitment for our scouting department, digital media strategists and college coaches attending this year’s events.

Each form will be put into your user account, which you can edit at any time. Make sure you are logged in when creating this form. You also must have the waiver acknowledged and signed in order for the player to be promoted by our standards and legal practices.
