College/Professional Coaches - Firecracker Sports

At Firecracker Sports we are always looking for great baseball and softball people to lend a hand, be positive contributing members and work our events. We believe in building relationships with people in the community, along with providing a good positive learning environment for young coaches, professional scouts, travel coaches and sports management professionals looking to advance their careers.

Team Scout Day Instructor/Evaluator

The Team Scout Day Instructor/Evaluator is a coach that will help Firecracker Sports instruct and evaluate players for college and/or pro consideration. They will be within the facility and on the field to instruct (20 minute station) then evaluate players in their efforts to help further the player’s college aspirations. This is a paid position, on behalf of Firecracker Sports, LLC at the end of each Team Scout Day.

College Showcase Camp Evaluator

The College Showcase Camp Evaluator is a coach that will help Firecracker Sports evaluate players for college and/or pro consideration. They will be within the facility and on the field to watch/evaluate players in their efforts to help further the player’s baseball career. This is a paid position, on behalf of Firecracker Sports, LLC at the end of each College Showcase Camp.

College Showcase Camp Instructor

The College Showcase Camp instructor is a coach that will help Firecracker Sports instruct & evaluate the players at our events. This staff, typically a college or professional coach will be on the field during our camp helping make sure the event runs smoothly by coaching and working a positional group (hitters, pitchers or infielders); taking notes and collecting data on 5-10 players per session. This is a paid position, on behalf of Firecracker Sports, LLC at the end of each day of our college showcase camps.

Tournament Evaluator

The Tournament Evaluator is a coach that will help Firecracker Sports evaluate players for college and/or pro consideration. They will be hired to work a facility for 1-2 days to watch/evaluate players in their efforts to help further the player’s baseball career. We expect you to interact with the teams prior to the game in the dugout, cages or on the field. Their notes and analysis will be provided to our head of scouting for future All-Tournament Team accomplishments, recruiting notes, scout blogs and other accolades within our events. This is a paid position, on behalf of Firecracker Sports, LLC at the end of each event/tournament.

Compensation for all our events is very competitive and helps us provide the best run events on the East Coast. Our compensation packages include being paid in full at the conclusion of the day or at the end of each event, provided a 1099 form is filled out prior to each event for anyone making over $600 for the fiscal year. Our coaches package will include hotel opportunities, paid compensation and possibly air fare for our events.
