The “Home Run” Level

Registration spend equaling to $30,000 – $49,999

  • 12.5% discount on total invoice

  • 4 Player Spotlights (1 allowed per month) on our Social Media platforms (35K followers+)

The “Grand Slam” Level

Registration spend equaling to $50,000+

  • 15% discount on total invoice
  • 15% off Player Showcases

  • 8 Player Spotlights (1 allowed per month) on our Social Media platforms (35K followers+)
  • 7.5% off on Facility Sales orders
  • Affiliate pricing on custom uniform orders
  • 10% off ProShop/Apparel (can be shared with parents of your organization with a unique code)
  • Preferred Field Placement (Every team)
  • 20 complimentary hotel nights to be used anytime during the year at any of our participating hotel partners.
  • Guaranteed college coach presence at game/s with evals on select players
  • Expanded Social Media Coverage/Highlights during our events (Photo/Video/Interviews)

 

Conditions Apply:

  • The Ballpark Club 2025 Customer Loyalty Program offers above are valid only on registrations for 2025 tournaments.
  • If full payment of applicable discounted registration cost is not received 30 business days prior to the start of the tournament, Firecracker Sports reserves the right to terminate this agreement and the registrant will forfeit all benefits in this program.  Invoices will revert to full advertised registration pricing to attend the tournament.  
  • Any non-payment of full registration costs 14 days prior to the start of the tournament will result in the registrant being removed from the tournament and forfeiture of their deposit.
  • To be eligible for complimentary hotel accommodations, teams must fully abide by Firecracker Sports’ hotel obligation policy for all tournaments registered for.  See Hotel Obligation Policy.
  • To use a complimentary hotel night, a booking reservation must be made by a traveler on our website and at one of our participating hotels.  After making the booking reservation, the registrant must email Ethan@Firecrackersports.com and notify their confirmation number, copy of reservation along with their intended use of this complimentary reservation. Arrangements will be made through Firecracker Sports and the participating hotel to pay for the full cost of the reservation including tax. Travelers are responsible for additional costs including, but not limited to, damages,  amenities, concierge services, food and beverage, parking fees or any additional costs above and beyond the hotel room night and taxes.
  • For companies that oversee multiple organizations, this program will apply only to one organization. You can NOT combine teams or programs under “1 company” to get the benefits.
  • This program and its discounts can not be combined with any other discount Firecracker Sports offers.
  • Firecracker Sports reserves the right to cancel any participating members membership in this program for commenting, posting or any other commentary on social media channels that portray Firecracker Sports, its events, staff members, customers, products, services and all aspects of the company in a negative way. This applies to the organization, their players, family members and staff that are a part of that said organization. This organization would face a 2 year ban from this program, or further action.  
  • Firecracker Sports reserves the right to cancel any participating members membership in this program for failure to pay invoice prior to the start of members registered event and/or failure to abide by the Hotel Obligation Policy and/or any elements of negligence, and/or defamation against Firecracker Sports or its employees.
  • Firecracker Sports reserves the right to cancel this program in its entirety at any time and without notice.
