January 2026:

This athlete shows a solid foundation as a position player, with decent natural strength and emerging power in her swing. She has strong mechanics that allow her to make routine plays effectively. However, she trends a bit slower than ideal for both the outfield and middle infield which can limit her range and ability to make quick plays. Offensively, her swing tends to be heavy on the front foot, as she struggles to stay in her load long enough, often causing her to be early on pitches. If she focuses on utilizing her lower body more in the swing added with some timing adjustments her hitting could take the proper steps toward accentuating her natural power and abilities. With focused work on foot speed, transfer efficiency, and swing timing, she has the tools to continue developing into a strong offensive and defense player.
