Evaluation

Caroline is shorter strong catcher who can receive well on pitches over the plate. An area for improvement would be blocking and receiving balls lower in the zone on outside parts of the plate. Caroline has a baseball like swing which may not translate to the next level. Her swing consists on a dipping back shoulder and a loopy swing path which may result in some far hit ball lower in the zone. However an elite rise ball could be kryptonite to this swing as it will consistently be under the ball.
