Joe is an athletic mover with above average speed, with room to drop even more time off 60. In the field he has soft hands but needs to work more on the balls of his feet and maintain athleticism especially with following throws. At the plate posses a nice swing that generates line drives however will occasionally have a weak top hand causing rollovers. On the mound has a simple repeatable delivery with a good breaking ball. Continue to train to add velocity
