Evaluation

Defensively, Ryan has really smooth hands at 1B. He showed good footwork around the bag and overall had a good feel for receiving throws. Ryan would benefit from becoming a bit more mobile, would help him be more versatile on defense. Offensively, Ryan needs to work on his load and how he transfers his weight. He consistently but barrel to baseball, but learning how to use his whole body will take his offense to the next level.
