July 2025: Catching- Gerald has a strong frame with decent arm strength, but needs to work on receiving and footwork. Hitting- Short compact swing, good power and balanceAugust 2025: Projectable build for a catcher, with a good arm and solid receiving skills. Offensively the swing gets long but does have some pop. His skillsets all will grow as he continues to stay in better shape with his body, which is currently his biggest flaw.
