June 2025 - Bandits Scout Day:Moved feet well and had really good rhythm at SS. Good actions overall. Had a pushy arm action, so he needs to work on release point to increase overall arm strength. Needs to get stronger overall these next few years. But actions looked really good in the INF. Offensively, had a slight leg kick with a little hitch during separation. Had a heavy front foot at times, so that created an imbalanced stride and heavy head movement during his load and swings. Average bat speed, but the swing got long at times. Struggled at times to be on time to BP thrower. Needs to see more velocity moving forward to be better prepared for velocity he will see on varsity and at the next level.Past Evaluation: Makes too many shuffles in the infield before throwing the ball, needs to get rid of it quicker. Long swing and the plate can lead to some hard hit balls though swing is to uphill too many pop ups. Still young with time to improve velo and speed up exchange times
