Evaluation

Showcased an upper 70s to low 80s fastball with the ability to mix in off-speed pitches. Jake was able to attack the zone with confidence. Athletic frame with room to still grow. Offensively, Jake demonstrated a line drive approach with a relaxed swing that allows his hips to clear. Running a 7.56 there is room for improvement, but overall Jake is a very projectable LHP that will be able to two way at the collegiate level.
