Carter has a good athletic build. Has good hands when working through ground balls and good footwork. Has power arm potential needs to work on accuracy across the diamond. Swing is short but is all upper half. Need to work on getting the lower half involved. Work on bat to ball. A lot of potential in the build and tools. Does well on the mound with good mechanics. If he uses lower half more there is more in tank
