2026 FIRE55

Firecracker Sports will be holding its pinnacle showcase event, The Fire55 for the graduating classes of 2027 and 2028. This will showcase the top 55 performers chosen by the Firecracker Staff. As expected with any Firecracker event, the Fire55 will be held at one of the top minor league professional ballparks in the entire country, Dunkin' Park, home of the Hartford Yard Goats and the AA-Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies.

The Fire55 is an INVITE ONLY event. All possible invites are verified and evaluated on the following criteria:

• Player's performance during Firecracker Events through the winter, spring and summer. Events are tournaments, player showcases, team scout days/analytic days, and elevated exposure events

All players will go through a pro style workout with competitive games over a two-day period to give every player the opportunity to showcase their skills to college and pro scouts.

During the Fire55, every player will experience:

• Opening night reception with speakers, recruiting panels and refreshments at the Marriott Hartford Windsor's ballroom, the host hotel for this event.
• College seminar(s) for the purpose of players and families to receive as much information about the college recruiting process
• Two days of metrics both offensively and defensively on the pro field.
• Competitive games with umpires and an athletic trainer participating.
• Over 45+ college and pro scouts attended in 2024-2025 including (2) MLB scouts, (11) D1's, (9) D2's, (15+) D3's and numerous JUCO and NAIA schools.
• Be seen by Firecracker Sports' extensive social media team, who will be promoting players by posting highlights and blogging during the entire event
• Receive custom showcase t-shirt, game uniform top, a hat and swag bag of gear.
• Creation of a Player Profile on Firecracker Sports' Players Hub
• Play at the premier Minor League Stadium, Dunkin' Park

• Baseball equipment

It is suggested that players bring any additional garments that they are comfortable with. Please also bring a pair of white baseball pants as a just in case. Players should also bring cleats, turfs/sneakers, favorite bat, glove(s), and batting gloves. Catchers should bring their full set of catcher's equipment.
