January 2026:

Defensively, Zach plays simple and under control, though he can get a bit jumpy at times. Improving foot control and overall balance will help him stay more consistent and efficient in the field. At the plate, he shows developing barrel control with the ability to get the bat through the zone. As a high school hitter, continuing to focus on balance, timing, and swing decisions will be important. Working toward staying through the baseball, controlling the barrel, and consistently producing quality contact will help his offensive game continue to progress.
